Autumn is the season of TRANSFORMATION – it heralds CHANGES in the geography of our thoughts!

I am mesmerised by Autumn, I curiously watch the CHANGING of the colour of the leaves from green to orange, maroon and deep yellow. 

Similarly, transformation is all about CHANGE.Change in our thought process,change in the way we live and what we want and  how we look at life as a whole.

Transformation in a continuous process… with no expiry date

At times we want MORE out of life …

  • MORE clarity, focus and awareness
  • MORE freedom of expression
  • MORE calm and control
  • MORE financial and emotional security
  • MORE productivity and performance 
  • MORE opportunities of tapping into our unknown potential

And simultaneously, we want LESS out of life like…

  • LESS stress, anxiety and burnout
  • LESS of being disorganised
  • LESS overwhelmed and full of doubt
  • LESS of unnecessary pressures of life
  • LESS of negative thoughts
  • LESS of being a doormat

Inshort, we want a more BALANCED  and FULFILLED life for ourselves…

  •  We want OPTIONS to choose from for a better quality of life
  •  We want to EXPLORE various ways of reaching our goals and dreams
  •  We want our day to day life being SMOOTHER and MANAGEABLE
  •  We want FUN AND LIGHTNESS back into our life

     

There is an  urgent need to THRIVE  and not just survive.

Transformation at its PEAK!

Transformation means different things to different people, it can mean getting a new job promotion, new business opportunities, better health, stronger and meaningful relationships or inner peace etc ..…

It doesn’t matter which part of your life or version of you, you want to transform, the MOTIVATION has to come from you:

  • You must WANT to take the first step towards making your vision come true
  •  You must really WANT  to transform to awaken to new possibilities for you

Finally,The urgency in the WANT for you to TRANSFORM must 

outnumber the fears and doubts and the ifs and buts! 

It becomes the essence of your very existence. It’s makes you complete

Below are a few ways….

  • DISCOVER YOUR LIFE PURPOSE

Life Purpose is what you truly want in life, your passions, your essence of life. Things that make your life fulfilled, bring inner joy and satisfaction. Our Life Purpose steers us on a course through life, it resonates deeply with the truth of  who we are.

Spend some alone time and rediscover and reconnect to your purpose. It can be anything from  how you  want  to  spend your time in the days, months and years to come, vision for the world you live  in, how you want  to grow and develop as a person. It doesn’t matter what your purpose is, it makes you feel complete. It’s the essence of your life.

  • TAKE A BIRD EYES  VIEW OF YOUR LIFE

Imagine you are a bird flying high in the sky and you look down…You see yourself in various places, in various situations and circumstances in life which bring up different emotions, feelings, reactions and actions. Some feelings may uplift you and others demoralise you. 

Breathe, take in a few long slow deep breaths and then ask yourself ‘’If this was a movie, what advice would I give my characters OR how would I like to rewrite my script of Life OR what atmosphere and environment I like to create for me when similar situations arise?’’

  • LOOK AT LONG AND SHORT TERM GOALS 

While you enjoy a walk outdoors or just having a relaxing moment reflect and reassess your long and short term goals. What do you want in life? By when? How?

Create a Long and Short term schedule of things you would like to achieve, the dreams you want to bring to life. Go deeper, fast forward ,imagine yourself in the future, have you achieved these goals?, how does  that make you feel? What could you have done differently? Take  these learnings and see the new possibilities and devise action steps from this place. .

  • COMPASSION FOR YOU

Start being a CHEERLEADER for yourself. Often we are so caught up in being a cheerleader to others that we forget to cheer on the most important person in our life – ourselves. Start focusing on you, start investing in your overall wellness. It’s all about ME TIME – don’t feel guilty you DESERVE IT!

A few ideas to get you started …

-Keep some time a week or month set aside in your diary just for you. for you. Time to do whatever, anything or nothing 

-Have a gadget and Social Media Detox

-Declutter your life of toxic relationships at work or in your personal life

-Declutter your mind of opinions and judgements that are not serving you

-Set boundaries for all relationships.It will make you feel respected,valued and visible

-Walk away from abusive relationships – verbal or otherwise.

-Focus on mind,body and spirit wellness

  • BIRDS OF A FEATHER FLOCK TOGETHER

It means people of similar interests, background, ideas or characteristics will often congregate or hang out with each other, people who have similar ideas or values tend to stick together. There is so much truth and meaning in this years old proverb.

Be with like minded people, create your tribe of those who you can relate to, those you can rely on and those who uplift you

  • YOU’RE A THRIVER NOT A SURVIVOR – YOU’RE A FIGHTER NOT A QUITTER

Simply means..

  • YOU WILL grow, develop and be successful
  • YOU WILL be committed to your decision
  • YOU WILL stay aligned to your purpose in life
  • YOU WILL visualize and think of possibilities
  • YOU WILL make choices right for you at that point of time
  • YOU WILL explore-experience-learn non stop

     

  • YOU WON’T  skim through life
  • YOU WON’T  live in a survival mode
  • YOU WON’T  endlessly compromise
  • YOU WON’T  focus on your shortcomings
  • YOU WON’T  focus on limiting yourself
  • YOU WON’T give up without a fight

  • WHAT IS CHOICE AND WHAT ARE YOU CHOOSING CONSCIOUSLY?

Choice is the act  of choosing. Being able to choose keeps you constantly empowered.

  • CHOICE to choose
  • CHOICE of who you want to be
  • CHOICE of who you want to be with
  • CHOICE of work
  • CHOICE to embrace all your flaws and strengths

You have the ability to choose, you have the right to make your own choices, you have a choice- The Choice to CHOOSE.
